1. Customized & Engraved Products (Pen, Diary, Corporate Gifts, etc.)

All physical products sold on S4signature are customized or engraved specifically for an individual customer based on the details provided at the time of order.

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

• Customized and engraved products cannot be reused or resold, as they are made for a specific person.

• Minor variations in engraving, alignment, or finish are part of the customization process and do not qualify for refunds or returns.

2. Signature Design Services

Our signature design services involve manual, creative, and professional work performed by our expert team.

• Work on signature design services starts immediately after order confirmation.

• As this is a physical and creative service, refund or return requests are not accepted once the order is placed.

• Time, effort, and expertise invested in the design process cannot be reversed.

3. Order Confirmation & Customer Responsibility

• Customers are requested to carefully review all order details, spelling, names, and customization information before confirming the order.

• S4signature will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional situations, S4signature may review issues on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. This does not guarantee a refund, return, or exchange.
