Shipping & Delivery Policy

At S4signature, we aim to deliver customized signature services and engraved products in a timely and transparent manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders placed on S4signature are customized and processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • After placing an order, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or email using the details provided to confirm customization requirements.

  • Orders will be processed only after receiving complete and accurate information from the customer.


2. Delivery Timeline

a) Signature Design Services

  • Customized signature design services are delivered digitally.

  • The standard delivery time is 7 to 10 working days after receiving complete details and final confirmation from the customer.

  • Design files, practice sheets, videos, or related materials are shared via WhatsApp or email.

b) Customized & Engraved Products (Pen, Diary, Corporate Gifts, etc.)

  • Physical products are customized or engraved through trusted third-party vendors.

  • The estimated delivery time for customized and engraved products is 7 to 10 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on customization complexity, vendor workload, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Method

  • Products are shipped using reliable courier and logistics partners.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.


4. Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

  • Delay in customer approval or response

  • Vendor production delays

  • Courier or logistics issues

  • Natural calamities or circumstances beyond our control

S4signature shall not be held responsible for such delays; however, we will provide reasonable assistance and updates.


5. Delivery Address & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of order placement.

  • If the customer wishes to change the delivery address, they must inform S4signature within 2 days of placing the order.

  • Any address change request received after 2 days may not be accepted, as the order may already be in processing or production.

  • S4signature will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, or loss caused due to late address change requests.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, responsibility transfers to the logistics provider.


6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • In case of physical product damage during transit, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos or video evidence.

  • Resolution, if any, will depend on courier partner policies and vendor verification.
