We operate as a reseller and service provider and do not manufacture physical products ourselves. Customization and engraving are carried out through trusted third-party vendors.

Any delay in providing details or approvals may extend the delivery timeline.
Signature design services are fully customized and created specifically for the customer.
Design concepts, previews, and final files will be shared digitally via WhatsApp or email.
The standard delivery timeline for signature design services is 7 to 10 working days after final confirmation.
Revisions (if applicable) are provided as per the selected package.
Physical products such as pens, diaries, and corporate gifts are customized or engraved based on customer-provided details.
As these products are personalized, minor variations in engraving, color, or placement may occur.
Delivery time for customized and engraved products is 7 to 10 working days, subject to vendor processing and courier services.
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and PayPal.
S4signature does not store or access your card or banking details.
Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.
As all signature designs and engraved products are custom-made, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted once the order is confirmed.
Customers are requested to carefully review all details before final approval.
Refunds, if any, will be solely at the discretion of S4signature in exceptional cases.
All signature designs, mockups, and creative materials provided by S4signature remain the intellectual property of S4signature until full payment is received.

Reselling, copying, or redistributing designs without written permission is prohibited.
Customization and engraving may be carried out by third-party vendors.
S4signature is not responsible for delays caused by vendors, courier partners, or circumstances beyond our control.
S4signature shall not be liable for:

Delays due to incorrect customer information
Minor customization variations inherent in handmade or engraved products
